Pharmacists
We are supported Monday – Friday by a team of Pharmacists and technicians.
The Pharmacy Team will provide the focus, resources and tools to support the safer use of medicines. They will improve the pharmaceutical care of residents in care homes and people being cared for in their own homes, as well as enhancing access to pharmaceutical care in remote and rural communities.
In addition to helping with the processing of prescriptions, they may also contact you when you have been discharged from hospital to check you understand what medication you should be taking. If you have any queries regarding your medication, please ask to speak to one of the Practice Pharmacists.
