PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE YOUR PRESCRIPTION WILL BE READY TO COLLECT.
DUE TO NHS FORTH VALLEY GUIDELINES, WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE PRESCRIPTIONS REQUESTED MORE THAN 2 WEEKS BEFORE IT IS NEXT DUE, UNLESS IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS GOING ON HOLIDAY IN WHICH CASE THE REASON FOR AN EARLY REQUEST MUST BE CLEARLY HIGHLIGHTED.
We use Patient Access to order your repeat prescription. This is the same system we use for on-line appointment booking. The system is much safer as it is linked directly to your clinical record at the Practice. Therefore the medication list is always up-to-date and accurate. If you are not already registered for this service, please see the receptionist at the Health Centre for a registration form. Items that do not appear on your repeat list should be ordered by handing in a special order request form to the surgery. You can also order your prescription and make appointments via a Smart Phone App. This can be downloaded via www.patient.co.uk/accessapp

You are also able to request repeat prescriptions by using the right hand tear off repeat medication sheet received each time you order repeat prescriptions - this can be handed in or posted to the practice at any time. (Please note: any medications you use that DO NOT appear on this printed list must be ordered using the Dunblane Medical Practice Special Request Form).
You are able to request any prescriptions which you use that DO NOT appear on your repeat medication list by:
- completing the Prescription Special Request Form available from reception or which can be printed HEREand handed in or posted to the surgery.
Please note we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone.
Please allow AT LEAST 72 hours before collection. Bannerman's pharmacy also provides a delivery service for those patients unable to collect their prescriptions.
