Opening Hours

The surgery is open at the following times

Please note that on Monday evenings between 18:00 - 20:00 the surgery doors are locked and only patients with prebooked appointments are able to access the surgery for reasons of both patient and staff security.  IF YOU REQUIRE URGENT MEDICAL ATTENTION OUTWITH NORMAL SURGERY OPENING HOURS OF 8.30AM - 6.00PM, PLEASE CONTACT NHS 24 ON 08454 24 24 24.

Between 08:00 - 08:30 on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, the health centre doors are locked and only patients with booked appointments are able to access the surgery until the main dorrs open at 8.30am.

All enquiries and appointment bookings should be made within normal business hours 08:30 - 18:00

When We Are Closed

Outside of normal surgery hours emergency GP assistance is available from NHS24 on 08454 24 24 24.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

During these closures the out of hours service is operational.

Staff Training Closures

The practice closes seven afternoons a year to participate in a protected learning programme for staff training and continuing professional education. Dates for the year are as follows:

Thursday 20th June 2013

Please note that the surgery will only be open 8.30am - 12.30pm on the above dates. During this closure the out of hours service is operational.
