Information about Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone, in person at reception or via the internet with online booking (if you wish to register for online booking, please speak to a receptionist). You will be offered the earliest appointment available with the provider of your choice or at a time suitable for you when they are available for consultation.
Routine consultations are by appointment only and are generally at 10 minute intervals. If you have 2 or more items to discuss or you feel you have a complex issue please ask the receptionist for a longer time, eg 20 minutes. You may have to wait slightly longer for an extended appointment.
Please make separate appointments for each person who needs a consultation.
Immediately necessary and urgent medical appointments are available for patients with conditions that cannot wait for the next routine appointment. These appointments are only available with the duty doctor/nurse and can only be booked on that day.
If you feel you cannot wait for the next routine appointment please inform the receptionist when making the appointment.
