A large print or audio cassette of our practice leaflet may be requested.

The Health Centre premises have suitable access for disabled patients and all the patient areas including the waiting room, consulting rooms & toilet have wheelchair access.  A hearing loop is available from the front reception desk

We also have 2 designated disabled parking spaces located at the entrance to the health centre car park.
